At Rbeauti Ltd, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you would like to return your order, please follow the guidelines below.
Contact Us First
Before sending your parcel back, please contact us via email at support@rbeauti.com .You must notify us within 14 days of receipt if you wish to return your order. After notification, you have an additional 14 days to return the products.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we delivered an incorrect item, or the item is faulty. Please keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that have been damaged or lost in transit.
Condition of Returned Goods
Goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and be re-saleable. This does not affect your statutory rights. If items are received back damaged or with missing items, we are entitled to charge a fee to cover the cost, which may affect the amount credited to you. We aim to process returns within 5 working days of receiving the item back. Ensure that faulty items are returned in a clean condition to assist with the review process and ensure the health and safety of the return team.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If we deliver an incorrect or damaged item, we will cover the cost of returning it to us if required. We will only cover the cost of standard shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please do not dispose of it without prior written confirmation from us, as we may require it to be returned (at our expense).
Hygiene and Safety
In the interests of hygiene, we are unable to exchange or refund any grooming, cosmetic, or electrical products once the security or hygiene tag/seal has been removed or if they show signs of use unless the items are faulty.
